Syed Razi
Assalamu alaikum. I spend my days helping people learn about Islam, and training Muslims to share it with wisdom and kindness. Over the last few years I have also added new pages, follow-up tools, automatic reports and social media to that dawah work. Salam Digital is how I bring the same tools to your masjid.

Teaching an iERA dawah training class.
Sharing Islam, every week, across Australia
As Head of iERA Australia, I lead a national team that runs street dawah stalls, trains volunteers and supports new Muslims. These are the team's results, by the grace of Allah.
Dawah training
I run dawah training for masjids, colleges and youth groups, from Brisbane to Melbourne, so ordinary Muslims can answer questions about Islam with confidence.
Schools and youth
Helped launch "Have No Doubt", a course that builds young Muslims' confidence in their faith, first run at an Islamic college in Queensland.
New Muslim support
Set up a simple path for people who take their shahadah: a welcome, a mentor, and classes, so nobody is left alone after day one.
Events and conventions
Organise revert gatherings, community events and dawah stalls at national conventions.
My digital contributions to iERA Australia
Working alongside the team behind iera.au, these are the parts I added and look after. Each one is now tested in real, busy dawah work.
New pages on iera.au
Added pages to the existing site, such as the useful links hub, the events page, the free Qur'an request page and online expense claims.
Alerts and follow-up
Set up instant alerts and follow-up steps, so a Qur'an request or a new Muslim reaches the right team member within minutes.
Social media, set up and run
Set up iERA Australia's channels and posting routine: short dawah videos go out daily across five platforms, plus a weekly series.
Content creation
Dawah videos, a YouTube dawah training series, event posters, a monthly newsletter and printed cards for conventions.
New Muslim learning site
Built newmuslim.iera.au, an online course that gently teaches new Muslims the basics, one short lesson at a time.
Reports that run themselves
Weekly dawah reports and instant phone alerts, so the team knows what happened without chasing anyone.
An IT project manager by trade
Alongside my dawah work, I bring over twelve years in IT, including years as a project manager delivering banking, payments, cloud and Microsoft 365 projects in Australia and Saudi Arabia. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Information Systems and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master. That means your masjid's project is planned, delivered on time and looked after properly.
"Every masjid gets questions from people curious about Islam, from new Muslims and from its own community. Too many of those messages go unanswered. I started Salam Digital so that no masjid misses those people again."
