6-month minimum, then month to month: stop with 30 days' notice. Your domain and your content are always yours, and if you stop we hand over a full export. Usage such as WhatsApp messages, email sending, calls and SMS is billed at cost to your own card, never marked up.

Salam Digital is run personally by its founder, so we take on a limited number of masjids each month and every one gets proper care.
Good to know
Who owns the website and our data?
Your masjid does. If you ever leave, we hand everything over within 30 days: your pages, forms and your full community list.
Can we keep our current website address?
Yes. We point your existing address to the new site, so nothing changes for your community.
Do we need anyone technical on the committee?
No. We train one person to update times, events and notices. Anything harder, we do for you.
Are the details of new Muslims kept private?
Yes. Only the people who follow them up can see them, and nothing is ever shared or sold.
What happens if we stop?
Give us 30 days' notice. Your web address and your content are always yours: we hand over a full export of your contacts and pages, and help you move if you want to.
Are there any other costs?
Only usage you choose to switch on, such as WhatsApp messages, email sending, phone calls or SMS. These are billed at cost to your own card, never marked up, and are usually a few dollars a month. Your web address renewal (about $20 to $30 a year) is paid by you, because it belongs to you.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for the year and get 2 months free: $990 for Masjid Essentials or $1,990 for Masjid Smart (AUD).
Are you part of iERA Australia?
No. Salam Digital was founded by Syed Razi, Head of iERA Australia, and is his own separate business. iERA Australia does not run or endorse it. Pages he added to iera.au are shown here as examples of his work.
We already use Mawaqit or GoPray. Do we need this?
Keep them. We link your existing prayer-time tool into your new site. They show prayer times well; we add what they don't do: answering questions, following up new Muslims, sign-ups, reminders and donations.
Who will look after us, and what if you are unavailable?
Syed looks after every masjid personally and replies within one working day. Your site keeps running on its own, and your web address, content and contact list always stay in your hands, so you are never stuck.
